1 Depois disso, vi quatro anjos em pé nos quatro cantos da terra, retendo os quatro ventos da terra para que o vento não soprasse sobre a terra, nem sobre o mar, nem contra árvore alguma. 2 E vi outro anjo subindo do lado do nascente do sol, tendo o selo do Deus vivo. E clamou com alta voz aos quatro anjos que tinham recebido autoridade para danificar a terra e o mar, dizendo: 3 "Não danifiqueis a terra, nem o mar, nem as árvores até selarmos as testas dos servos do nosso Deus".

1 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, tightly holding back the four winds of the earth so that no wind should blow on the earth, on the sea, or against any tree. 2 I saw another angel coming up from the east, who had the seal of the living God. He cried out with a loud voice to the four angels who were given permission to harm the earth and the sea: 3 "Do not harm the earth, the sea, or the trees until we have put a seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God."

4 Eu escutei o número daqueles que foram selados, que era cento e quarenta e quatro mil, de todas as tribos dos filhos de Israel: 5 da tribo de Judá doze mil foram selados; da tribo de Rúben, doze mil; da tribo de Gade, doze mil; 6 da tribo de Aser, doze mil; da tribo de Naftali, doze mil; da tribo de Manassés, doze mil;

4 I heard the number of those who were sealed: 144,000, who were sealed from every tribe of the people of Israel: 5 twelve thousand from the tribe of Judah were sealed, twelve thousand from the tribe of Reuben, twelve thousand from the tribe of Gad, 6 twelve thousand from the tribe of Asher, twelve thousand from the tribe of Naphtali, twelve thousand from the tribe of Manasseh,

7 da tribo de Simeão, doze mil; da tribo de Levi, doze mil; da tribo de Issacar, doze mil; 8 da tribo de Zebulom, doze mil; da tribo de José, doze mil; da tribo de Benjamim doze mil foram selados.

7 twelve thousand from the tribe of Simeon, twelve thousand from the tribe of Levi, twelve thousand from the tribe of Issachar, 8 twelve thousand from the tribe of Zebulun, twelve thousand from the tribe of Joseph, and twelve thousand from the tribe of Benjamin were sealed.

9 Depois dessas coisas, eis que vi uma grande multidão que ninguém podia contar de todas as nações, tribos, povos e línguas, de pé, diante do trono e diante do Cordeiro, usando vestes brancas, com folhas de palmeiras nas suas mãos, 10 e clamavam em alta voz, dizendo: "A salvação pertence ao nosso Deus, que está sentado no trono, e ao Cordeiro!"

9 After these things I looked, and there was a huge multitude that no one could count—from every nation, tribe, people, and language—standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and holding palm branches in their hands, 10 and they were calling out with a loud voice:i "Salvation belongs to our God, who is seated on the throne, and to the Lamb!"\m

11 Todos os anjos estavam de pé, em volta do trono, dos anciãos e dos quatro seres viventes, e se prostraram sobre seus rostos diante do trono, e adoraram a Deus 12 dizendo: "Amém! O louvor, a glória, a sabedoria, a ação de graças, a honra, o poder e a força pertencem ao nosso Deus, pelos séculos dos séculos! Amém"!

11 All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne. They worshiped God, 12 saying,i "Amen! Praise, glory, wisdom, thanksgiving, honor, power, and strength be to our God forever and ever! Amen!"\m

13 E um dos anciãos tomou a palavra, dizendo-me: "Estes, usando vestes brancas, quem são e de onde vieram?" 14 E eu lhe disse: "Meu senhor, tu sabes". E ele me disse: "Estes são os que vieram da grande tribulação e lavaram suas vestes e as tornaram brancas no sangue do Cordeiro".

13 Then one of the elders asked me, "Who are these, clothed with white robes, and where did they come from?" 14 I said to him, "Sir, you know," and he said to me, "These are the ones who have come out of the great tribulation. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

15 Por isso estão diante do trono de Deus e O servem dia e noite no Seu templo. O que está sentado no trono estenderá Sua tenda sobre eles. 16 Não terão mais fome, nem terão mais sede, nem jamais cairá sobre eles o sol, nem calor algum. 17 Pois o Cordeiro no meio do trono será o pastor deles, e Ele irá guiá-los às fontes de águas da vida, e Deus enxugará toda lágrima de seus olhos."

15 For this reason, they are before the throne of God,2 and they worship him day and night in his temple.2 The one who is seated on the throne will spread his tent over them. 16 They will not be hungry again, nor will they be thirsty again.2 The sun will not beat down on them,2 nor any burning heat. 17 For the Lamb at the center of the throne will shepherd them,2 and he will guide them to springs of living water, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes."
