1 "Ao anjo da igreja em Sardes escreve: 'Estas são as palavras Daquele que tem os sete Espíritos de Deus e as sete estrelas: Conheço as tuas obras: passas por vivo e estás morto. 2 Sê vigilante e confirma o restante que estava para morrer, porque não tenho achado as tuas obras íntegras diante do meu Deus.

1 "To the angel of the church in Sardis write: 'The words of the one who holds the seven spirits of God and the seven stars. "I know your deeds. You have a name that you are alive, but you are dead. 2 Wake up and strengthen what remains but is about to die, because I have not found your deeds complete in the sight of my God.

3 Portanto lembra-te do que tens recebido e ouvido; obedece e arrepende-te. E, se não vigiares, Eu virei como um ladrão, e tu não saberás a que horas virei contra ti. 4 Mas há alguns nomes em Sardes que não sujaram suas vestes. Eles andarão comigo vestidos de branco, pois são dignos.

3 Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard. Obey it, and repent. But if you do not wake up, I will come as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come against you. 4 But you have a few names in Sardis who have not stained their clothes, and they will walk with me, dressed in white, for they are worthy.

5 Aquele que vencer será vestido de vestes brancas e jamais apagarei seu nome do Livro da Vida. Eu confessarei seu nome diante de Meu Pai e diante dos Seus anjos. 6 Quem tem ouvidos ouça o que o Espírito diz às igrejas'".

5 The one who conquers will be clothed in white garments, and I will never wipe his name out of the Book of Life, and I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. 6 Let the one who has an ear, hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches."'

7 "Ao anjo da igreja em Filadélfia escreve: 'Estas são as palavras Daquele que é Santo e Verdadeiro. Ele tem as chaves de Davi, O que abre e ninguém fecha, e O que fecha e ninguém pode abrir. 8 Eu sei o que tu tens feito. Vê que Eu tenho posto diante de ti uma porta aberta que ninguém pode fechar. Sei que tens pouca força. Mesmo assim, tens obedecido a Minha palavra e não tens negado o Meu nome.

7 "To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: 'The words of the one who is holy and true—2 he holds the key of David,2 he opens and no one shuts,3 he shuts and no one can open. 8 "'I know your deeds. Look, I have put before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have obeyed my word and have not denied my name.

9 Eis que farei aos que pertencem à sinagoga de Satanás, aqueles que se dizem judeus e não são, mas mentem, farei que venham e se curvem diante dos teus pés e saberão que Eu te amei. 10 Uma vez que tens obedecido à minha ordem de suportar pacientemente, também te guardarei da hora da provação que virá sobre todo o mundo, para testar aqueles que vivem sobre a Terra. 11 Venho sem demora, conserva o que tens para que ninguém tome tua coroa.

9 Look! I will cause those who belong to the synagogue of Satan, those calling themselves Jews but are not, but rather liars—I will make them come and bow down before your feet, and they will know that I love you. 10 Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of testing that is coming on the whole world, to test those who live on the earth. 11 I am coming soon. Hold to what you have so no one can take away your crown.

12 Àquele que vencer, Eu o farei uma coluna no templo de meu Deus e ele nunca sairá dali. Escreverei nele o nome do Meu Deus, o nome da cidade do Meu Deus (a nova Jerusalém, que descerá do céu, da parte do Meu Deus) e Meu novo nome. 13 Quem tem ouvidos ouça o que o Espírito diz às igrejas'".

12 The one who conquers I will make a pillar in the temple of my God. Never again will he go out of it, and I will write on him the name of my God, the name of the city of my God (the new Jerusalem, that comes down out of heaven from my God), and my new name. 13 Let the one who has an ear, hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches."'

14 "Ao anjo da igreja em Laodiceia escreve: 'Assim diz o Amém, a testemunha verdadeira e fiel, o princípio da criação de Deus. 15 Conheço tuas obras: não és nem frio nem quente; quem dera fosses frio ou quente! 16 Assim porque tu és morno, nem quente nem frio, Eu te vomitarei da minha boca.

14 "To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: 'The words of the Amen, the reliable and true witness, the ruler over God's creation. 15 "I know your deeds and that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish that you were either cold or hot! 16 So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to vomit you out of my mouth.

17 Porque dizes: 'Sou rico, tenho muitos bens e não necessito de coisa alguma'. E não sabes que és infeliz, miserável, pobre, cego e nu. 18 Aconselho-te que de Mim compres ouro refinado no fogo para que te enriqueças, vestes brancas para que não seja exposta a vergonha da tua nudez, e colírio para ungires os teus olhos, a fim de que vejas.

17 For you say, 'I am rich, I have had many material possessions, and I need nothing.' But you do not know that you are most miserable, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked. 18 Listen to my advice: Buy from me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, and brilliant white garments so you may clothe yourself and not show the shame of your nakedness, and salve to anoint your eyes so you will see.

19 Corrijo e repreendo os que amo. Portanto, sê zeloso e arrepende-te. 20 Eis que estou à porta e bato. Se alguém ouvir Minha voz e abrir a porta, Eu entrarei em sua casa, cearei com ele e ele Comigo.

19 I rebuke and punish everyone whom I love. Therefore, be earnest and repent. 20 Look, I am standing at the door and am knocking. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come into his home and will eat with him, and he with me.

21 Àquele que vencer darei o direito de sentar-se Comigo em Meu trono, assim como Eu também venci e sentei-Me com Meu Pai, em Seu trono. 22 Quem tem ouvidos ouça o que o Espírito diz às igrejas'".

21 The one who conquers I will give him the right to sit down with me on my throne, just as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne. 22 Let the one who has an ear, hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches."'"
