Salmo e cântico de Davi. 1 Que Deus Se levante e que Seus inimigos sejam espalhados; fujam de diante Dele aqueles que O odeiam. 2 Como a fumaça se dissipa, assim sejam eles dissipados; assim como a cera se derrete no fogo, que os perversos pereçam na presença de Deus. 3 Mas que os justos se alegrem; exultem diante de Deus! Que se regozijem e se alegrem!

For the chief musician; A psalm of David, a song. 1 Let God arise; let his enemies be scattered; let those also who hate him flee before him. 2 As smoke is driven away, so drive them away; as wax melts before the fire, so let the wicked perish in the presence of God. 3 But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God; may they rejoice and be happy.

4 Cantai a Deus, cantai louvores ao Seu nome. Louvai Aquele que cavalga sobre as planícies do vale do rio Jordão. Yahweh é o Seu nome; regozijai-vos diante Dele! 5 Um pai para os órfãos e juiz para as viúvas é Deus na Sua santa habitação. 6 Deus coloca o solitário em família; Ele liberta os prisioneiros para a prosperidade, mas os rebeldes vivem em uma terra seca.

4 Sing to God! Sing praises to his name! Praise the one who rides through the plains of the Jordan River valley! Yahweh is his name! Rejoice before him! 5 A Father of the fatherless, a judge of the widows, is God in the holy place where he lives. 6 God puts the lonely into families; he brings out the prisoners with singing; but the rebellious live in a parched land.

7 Deus, quando Tu foste diante do Teu povo, quando marchaste pelo deserto, [Interlúdio] 8 a terra estremeceu; os céus derramaram chuva na presença de Deus, o Sinai estremeceu na presença de Deus, o Deus de Israel.

7 God, when you went out before your people, when you marched through the wilderness,s Selahs* 8 the earth trembled; the heavens also dropped rain in God's presence, in the presence of God when he came to Sinai, in the presence of God, the God of Israel.

9 Tu, ó Deus, enviaste chuva abundante; fortaleceste Tua herança quando estava enfraquecida. 10 Teu povo habitou nela; Tu, ó Deus, deste da Tua bondade ao pobre.

11 Yahweh deu as ordens e um grande exército as anunciou. 12 Reis de exércitos fogem. Eles fogem e as mulheres que esperam em casa dividem os despojos: pombas cobertas com prata e suas asas, com ouro amarelo. 13 Quando alguns de vós ficastes entre os currais, por que fizestes isso?

11 The Lord gave the orders, and those who announced them were a great army. 12 Kings of armies flee, they flee, and the women waiting at home divide the plunder: 13 the wings of a dove are covered with silver, its feathers with shining gold. Yet some of you people lie down among the sheepfolds.

14 O Onipotente espalhou reis ali. Foi como neve no monte Zalmom. 15 O monte de Deus é o monte de Basã; alta montanha é o monte de Basã. 16 Por que olhas com inveja, tu, ó região montanhosa, para o monte em que Deus deseja habitar? Certamente, Yahweh viverá nele para sempre.

14 The Almighty scattered kings there, it was as when it snowed on Mount Zalmon. 15 A mighty mountain is the hill country of Bashan; a high mountain is the hill country of Bashan. 16 Why do you look in envy, you high hill country, at the mountain which God desires for the place he will live? Indeed, Yahweh will live in it forever.

17 As carruagens de Deus são incontáveis, milhares de milhares; Yahweh está entre eles no santo lugar, como no Sinai. 18 Tu subiste às alturas; Tu levaste muitos cativos; Tu recebeste presentes dentre os homens, até daqueles que lutavam contra Ti, para habitar ali, ó Yahweh Deus.

17 The chariots of God are twenty thousand, thousands upon thousands; the Lord is among them in the holy place, as at Sinai. 18 You have ascended on high; you have led away captives; you have received gifts from among men, even from those who fought against you, so that you, Yahweh God, might live there.

19 Bendito seja Yahweh que, diariamente, carrega nossos fardos, o Deus que é a nossa salvação. [Interlúdio] 20 Nosso Deus é Deus que salva; Yahweh, o Senhor, é o único capaz de nos resgatar da morte. 21 Certamente, Deus esmagará a cabeça de Seus inimigos, o couro cabeludo daqueles que caminham em ofensas contra Ele.

19 Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears our burdens, the God who is our salvation.s Selahs* 20 Our God is a God who saves; Yahweh the Lord is the one who is able to rescue us from death. 21 But God will strike through the heads of his enemies, through the hairy scalps of those who walk in offenses against him.

22 O Senhor disse: "Eu trarei de volta Meus inimigos de Basã; Eu os trarei de volta das profundezas dos mares, 23 para que tu os esmagues, mergulhando teus pés no sangue deles, assim como as línguas dos teus cachorros terão sua porção no sangue dos teus inimigos."

22 The Lord said, "I will bring my enemies back from Bashan; I will bring them back from the depths of the sea 23 so that you may crush your enemies, dipping your foot in blood, and so that the tongues of your dogs may have their share from your enemies."

26 Bless God in the assemblies; praise Yahweh, you who are from the fountain [[ The copies of the ancient Hebrew text can be read either as " from the fountain " or " from the assembly " . ]] of Israel. 27 There is first Benjamin, the smallest tribe, then the leaders of Judah and their multitudes, the leaders of Zebulun and the leaders of Naphtali.

28 Your God, Israel, has decreed your strength; reveal to us your power, God, as you have revealed it in times past. 29 Reveal your power to us from your temple at Jerusalem, where kings bring gifts to you.

30 Grita na batalha contra as bestas selvagens nos juncos, contra os povos, aquelas multidões de touros e bezerros. Humilha-os e faze-os trazer presentes a Ti; espalha os povos que amam fazer guerra. 31 Príncipes virão do Egito; a Etiópia se apressará para estender suas mãos para Deus.

30 Shout in battle against the wild beasts in the reeds, against the peoples, that multitude of bulls and calves. Humiliate them and make them bring you gifts; scatter the peoples who love to wage war. 31 Princes will come out of Egypt; Cush will hurry to reach out with her hands to God.

32 Cantai a Deus, vós reinos da terra; [Interlúdio] Cantai louvores a Yahweh! 33 Àquele que cavalga no céu dos céus, que existe desde os tempos antigos; vede, Ele levanta Sua voz com poder!

32 Sing to God, you kingdoms of the earth.s Selahs* Sing praises to Yahweh, 33 to him who rides on the heaven of heavens, which exist from ancient times; see, he lifts up his voice with power.

34 Atribuí força a Deus; Sua majestade está sobre Israel e Sua força está nos céus. 35 Deus, tu és temível em Teu santo lugar; o Deus de Israel, Ele dá força e poder para Seu povo. Bendito seja Deus!

34 Ascribe strength to God; his majesty is over Israel, and his strength is in the skies. 35 God, you are fearsome in your holy place; the God of Israel—he gives strength and power to his people. Blessed be God.
