1 "Tu, pois, filho do homem, profetiza contra Gogue e dize: Assim diz Yahweh Deus: 'Eis que Eu sou contra ti, Gogue, chefe de Meseque e Tubal. 2 Eu te farei retornar e te guiarei; Eu te levarei do extremo norte até as montanhas de Israel. 3 Então, arrancarei o teu arco da tua mão esquerda e farei cair as flechas da tua mão direita.

1 "Now you, son of man, prophesy against Gog and say, 'The Lord Yahweh says this: Behold! I am against you, Gog, chief of Meshech and Tubal. 2 I will turn you and lead you on; I will bring you up from the far north and bring you to the mountains of Israel. 3 Then I will knock your bow out of your left hand and make the arrows fall from your right hand.

4 Morrerás nas montanhas de Israel, tu e todas as tuas tropas e os soldados que estão contigo. Eu te entregarei às aves de rapina e aos animais selvagens dos campos, para que te devorem. 5 Tu morrerás na superfície do campo, pois Eu mesmo declaro isto — assim diz Yahweh Deus. 6 Então, enviarei fogo sobre Magogue e os que vivem em segurança nas ilhas e eles saberão que Eu sou Yahweh.

4 You will fall on the mountains of Israel—you and all your troops and the soldiers who are with you. I will give you to the birds of prey and the wild beasts of the fields for food. 5 You will fall on the open field, for I myself declare it—this is the Lord Yahweh's declaration. 6 Then I will send out fire on Magog and on those living in safety on the coasts, and they will know that I am Yahweh.

7 Pois Eu farei o Meu santo nome conhecido no meio do Meu povo Israel e não permitirei mais que Meu santo nome seja profanado; as nações saberão que Eu sou Yahweh, o santo de Israel. 8 Eis que virá o dia e isso acontecerá — assim diz Yahweh Deus.

7 For I will make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel, and I will no longer allow my holy name to be profaned; the nations will know that I am Yahweh, the Holy One in Israel. 8 Behold! The day is coming, and it will take place—this is the Lord Yahweh's declaration.

9 Então, aqueles que habitam as cidades de Israel sairão e farão incêndios com suas armas, com escudos grandes e pequenos, arcos e flechas, bastões e lanças, e, por sete anos, eles queimarão tudo. 10 Eles não trarão lenha dos campos ou cortarão árvores das florestas, mas com as armas farão fogo; tomarão daqueles que os despojaram; saquearão aqueles que os saquearam — assim diz Yahweh Deus".

9 The ones living in the cities of Israel will go out and they will use weapons to kindle and make fires and burn them—small shields, large shields, bows, arrows, the clubs and spears; they will make fires with them for seven years. 10 They will not gather wood from the fields or cut down trees from the forests, since they will burn the weapons; they will take from those who wanted to take from them; they will plunder those who wanted to plunder them—this is the Lord Yahweh's declaration."

11 "Naquele dia, darei a Gogue, uma sepultura em Israel, o vale daqueles que viajam para o leste do mar, que espantará aqueles que o desejarem atravessar. Lá eles irão sepultar Gogue com toda a sua multidão. Eles irão chamá-lo de vale de Hamom-Gogue.

11 Then it will happen on that day that I will make a place there for Gog—a grave in Israel, a valley for those who journey to the east of the sea. It will block those who wish to cross over. There they will bury Gog with all his multitudes. They will call it the Valley of Hamon Gog.

12 Por sete meses, a casa de Israel os sepultará, para purificar a terra. 13 Pois, todos os povos da terra os sepultarão; e será um dia memorável para eles quando Eu for glorificado — assim diz Yahweh Deus".

12 For seven months the house of Israel will bury them in order to purify the land. 13 For all the people of the land will bury them; it will be a memorable day for them when I am glorified—this is the Lord Yahweh's declaration.

14 "Então, eles designarão homens para que atravessem a terra sem parar, e juntamente com os que viajam, procurem os que morreram, a fim de sepultá-los e purificar a terra. No final do sétimo mês, eles farão a busca. 15 Ao atravessarem a terra, vendo algum osso humano, eles colocarão um sinal à sua volta, até que os coveiros o enterrem no vale de Hamom-Gogue. 16 E o nome da cidade será Hamoná. Dessa forma, eles purificarão a terra".

14 Then they will designate men to continually go through the land, to find those who were traveling through, but who died and their bodies remained on the surface of the land, so that they may bury them, in order to cleanse the land. At the end of the seventh month they will begin their search. 15 As these men pass through the land, when they see any human bone, they will put a marker by it, until gravediggers come and bury it in the Valley of Hamon Gog. 16 There will be a city there by the name of Hamonah. In this way they will purify the land.

17 Tu, pois, ó filho do homem, assim diz Yahweh Deus: dize a todas as aves de toda espécie e a todos os animais selvagens nos campos: "Ajuntai-vos e vinde; reuni-vos de todos os lados para o Meu sacrifício, que faço por ti, um grande sacrifício nas montanhas de Israel, para que tu comas carne e bebas sangue. 18 Tu comerás a carne dos poderosos e beberás o sangue dos príncipes da terra; dos carneiros, dos cordeiros, das cabras e dos touros engordados em Basã.

17 Now to you, son of man, the Lord Yahweh says this: Say to all the winged birds and all the wild beasts in the fields, 'Gather together and come. Gather from all around to the sacrifice that I myself am making for you, a large sacrifice on the mountains of Israel, so that you may consume flesh and drink blood. 18 You will consume the flesh of warriors and drink the blood of the princes of the earth; they will be rams, lambs, goats, and bulls, they were all fattened in Bashan.

19 Então, comereis gordura para vos satisfazerdes; e bebereis sangue até a embriaguez; com o sacrifício que vos ofereço. 20 Vós ficareis satisfeitos de cavalos, de cavaleiros e todo homem de guerra, à Minha mesa, assim diz Yahweh Deus".

19 Then you will eat fat to your satisfaction; you will drink blood until drunkenness; this will be the sacrifice that I will slaughter for you. 20 You will be satisfied at my table with horse, chariot, warrior, and every man of war—this is the Lord Yahweh's declaration.'

21 "Eu estabelecerei a Minha glória entre as nações e todas as nações verão o juízo que Eu executo e a Minha mão que Eu farei cair sobre elas. 22 A casa de Israel saberá que Eu sou Yahweh, seu Deus, desde aquele dia em diante".

21 I will set my glory among the nations, and all the nations will see my judgment that I perform and my hand that I have set against them. 22 The house of Israel will know that I am Yahweh their God from that day onward.

23 As nações saberão que a casa de Israel foi levada em cativeiro por causa da sua iniquidade, com a qual eles Me traíram, então, escondi o Meu rosto deles e os entreguei nas mãos de seus adversários e todos caíram à espada. 24 Eu os tratei de acordo com as suas imundícies e os seus pecados, escondi deles o Meu rosto.

23 The nations will know that the house of Israel went into captivity because of their iniquity by which they betrayed me, so I hid my face from them and gave them into the hand of their adversaries so that all of them fell by the sword. 24 I did to them according to their uncleanness and their sins, when I hid my face from them.

25 Por isso, assim diz Yahweh Deus: agora restaurarei a sorte de Jacó e terei compaixão de toda a casa de Israel, quando Eu agir com zelo pelo Meu santo nome. 26 Então, eles se esquecerão de toda a sua vergonha e deslealdade com as quais Me traíram. E descansarão, em suas terras, em segurança, sem ninguém para assustá-los. 27 Quando Eu os restaurar dos povos e os reunir das terras dos seus inimigos, Eu Me mostrarei santo neles, aos olhos de muitas nações.

25 Therefore the Lord Yahweh says this: Now I will reverse the captivity of Jacob, and I will have compassion on all the house of Israel, when I act with zeal for my holy name. 26 Then they will bear their shame and all the treason in which they betrayed me. They will forget all this when they rest in their land in safety, with no one to terrify them. 27 When I restore them from the peoples and gather them from the lands of their enemies, I will show myself to be holy in the sight of many nations.

28 Então, eles saberão que Eu sou Yahweh, seu Deus, porque Eu os enviei ao cativeiro entre as nações, mas, depois, Eu os trouxe de volta às suas terras. Não deixarei nenhum deles em outras nações. 29 Não lhes esconderei mais o Meu rosto, quando derramar o Meu Espírito sobre a casa de Israel — assim diz Yahweh Deus".

28 Then they will know that I am Yahweh their God, for I sent them into captivity among the nations, but then I will gather them back to their land. I will not leave any of them among the nations. 29 I will no longer hide my face from them when I pour out my Spirit on the house of Israel—this is the Lord Yahweh's declaration."
