1 A segunda sorte saiu para Simeão, e foi distribuída a cada um segundo seus clãs. Sua herança estava no meio da que pertencia à tribo de Judá.

1 The second casting of lots fell to Simeon, clan by clan. Their inheritance was in the middle of the inheritance that belonged to the tribe of Judah.

2 E tiveram por herança Berseba, Seba, Molada, 3 Hazar-Sual, Balá, Ezem, 4 Eltolade, Betul e Hormá.

2 They had for their inheritance Beersheba, Sheba, Moladah, 3 Hazar Shual, Balah, Ezem, 4 Eltolad, Bethul, and Hormah.

5 Simeão ainda recebeu Ziclague, Bete-Mercabote, Hazar-Susa, 6 Bete-Lebaote e Saruém; estas treze cidades incluíam seus povoados. 7 Simeão também recebeu Aim, Rimon, Eter e Asã; estas quatro cidades, incluindo seus povoados.

5 Simeon also had Ziklag, Beth Markaboth, Hazar Susah, 6 Beth Lebaoth, and Sharuhen. These were thirteen cities, including their villages. 7 Simeon also had Ain, Rimmon, Ether, and Ashan. These were four cities, including their villages.

8 Todos estes, inclusive os vilarejos que estavam ao redor dessas cidades, até Baalate-Ber (que é Ramá do Neguebe). Essa foi a herança da tribo de Simeão, distribuída segundo seus clãs. 9 A herança da tribo de Simeão fazia parte do território da tribo de Judá. 8 These were together, including their the villages around these cities as far as Baalath Beer (the same as Ramah in the Negev). This was the inheritance of the tribe of Simeon, clan by clan. 9 The inheritance of the tribe of Simeon formed part of the territory of the tribe of Judah. Because the portion of land assigned to the tribe of Judah was too large for them, the tribe of Simeon received their inheritance out of the middle of their portion.

10 A terceira sorte saiu para a tribo de Zebulom, e foi distribuída segundo seus clãs. A fronteira de sua herança começava em Saride; 11 a fronteira subia pelo oeste até Marala e tocava em Dabesete; dali, se estendia até o ribeiro próximo a Jocneão.

10 The third casting of lots fell to the tribe of Zebulun, clan by clan. The border of their inheritance began at Sarid. 11 Their border went up westward toward Maralah and touched Dabbesheth; then it extended to the brook that was opposite Jokneam.

12 De Saride, a fronteira seguia para o leste até o limite com Quislote-Tabor. 13 Dali, passava para o leste até Gate-Hefer e Ete-Cazim; depois, chegava a Rimom-Metoar e virava-se para Neá.

12 From Sarid the border turned eastward toward the east and went to the border of Kisloth Tabor. From there it went to Daberath and then up to Japhia. 13 From there it passed on eastward to Gath Hepher, and then to Eth Kazin; next it went to Rimmon and turned toward Neah.

14 A fronteira norte se voltava em direção a Hanatom e terminava no vale de Iftael. 15 Esta região inclui as cidades de Catate, Naalal, Sinrom, Idala, e Belém. Eram doze cidades, incluindo seus povoados. 16 Essa foi a herança da tribo de Zebulom, segundo seus clãs, as cidades e os seus povoados.

14 The border made a turn to the north to Hannathon and ended at the Valley of Iphtah El. 15 This region included the cities of Kattath, Nahalal, Shimron, Idalah, and Bethlehem. There were twelve cities, including their villages. 16 This was the inheritance of the tribe of Zebulun, clan by clan, including these cities, including their villages.

17 A quarta sorte saiu para Issacar, segundo os seus clãs. 18 E seu território incluía Jezreel, Quesulote, Suném, 19 Hafaraim, Siom e Anaarate.

17 The fourth casting of lots fell to Issachar, clan by clan. 18 Their territory included Jezreel, Chesulloth, Shunem, 19 Hapharaim, Shion, and Anaharath.

20 Também incluía Rabite, Quisiom, Abes, 21 Remete, En-Ganim, En-Hada e Bete-Pazez. 22 A fronteira deles chegava até Tabor, Saazima, e Bete-Semes, e terminava no Jordão; eram dezesseis cidades e os seus povoados.

20 It also included Rabbith, Kishion, Ebez, 21 Remeth, En Gannim, En Haddah, and Beth Pazzez. 22 Their border also touched Tabor, Shahazumah, and Beth Shemesh, and ended at the Jordan. There were sixteen cities, including their villages.

23 Essa foi a herança da tribo de Issacar, segundo seus clãs; as cidades, incluindo seus povoados.

23 This was the inheritance of the tribe of Issachar, according to their clans—the cities, including their villages.

24 A quinta sorte saiu para a tribo de Aser, segundo seus clãs. 25 O seu território incluía Helcate, Hali, Bétem, Acsafe, 26 Alameleque, Amade, e Misal. A sua fronteira se estendia ao oeste para Carmelo e Sior-Libnate.

24 The fifth casting of lots fell to the tribe of Asher, clan by clan. 25 Their territory included Helkath, Hali, Beten, Akshaph, 26 Allammelek, Amad, and Mishall. On the west the boundary extended to Carmel and Shihor Libnath.

27 Depois se virava ao leste para Bete-Dagom e ia até Zebulom; e, então, para o vale de Iftael, ao norte até Bete-Emeque e Neiel; e chegava até Cabul em direção ao norte, 28 e se estendia até Ebrom, Reobe, Hamom, e Caná, até a grande Sidom.

27 Then it turned eastward to Beth Dagon and went as far as Zebulun, and then to the Valley of Iphtah El, northward to Beth Emek and Neiel. Then it continued on to Kabul toward the north. 28 It then went on to Abdon, Rehob, Hammon, and Kanah, as far as Greater Sidon.

29 A fronteira voltava-se em direção a Ramá; dali, para a cidade fortificada de Tiro; então, tornava-se para Hosa e, de lá, para o mar, na região de Aczibe, 30 Umá, Afeca, e Reobe. Eram vinte e duas cidades, com seus povoados.

29 The border turned back to Ramah, and then to the fortified city of Tyre. Then the border turned to Hosah and ended at the sea, in the region of Akzib, 30 Ummah, Aphek, and Rehob. There were twenty-two cities, including their villages.

32 A sexta sorte saiu para a tribo de Naftali, segundo seus clãs. 33 A fronteira deles ia desde Helefe, desde o carvalho até Zaananim, para Adâmi-Nequebe e Jabneel, assim como Lacum, e terminava no Jordão. 34 A fronteira virava-se para o ocidente para Aznote-Tabor e ia para Hucoque; e chegava a Zebulom, no sul, e alcançava Aser no lado oeste e Judá a leste, à margem do rio Jordão.

32 The sixth casting of lots fell to the tribe of Naphtali, clan by clan. 33 Their border ran from Heleph, from the oak at Zaanannim, on to Adami Nekeb and Jabneel, as far as Lakkum; it ended at the Jordan. 34 The border turned westward to Aznoth Tabor and went on to Hukkok; it touched Zebulun on the south, and reached to Asher on the west and Judah on the east at the Jordan River.

35 As cidades fortalecidas foram Zidim, Zer, Hamate, Recate, Quinerete, 36 Adama, Ramá, Hazor. 37 Quedes, Edrei, En-Hazor.

35 The fortified cities were Ziddim, Zer, Hammath, Rakkath, Kinnereth, 36 Adamah, Ramah, Hazor, 37 Kedesh, Edrei, and En Hazor.

38 Existiam também Irom, Migdal-El, Horem, Bete-Anate, e Bete-Semes. Eram dezenove cidades, com seus povoados. 39 Essa foi a herança da tribo de Naftali, segundo seus clãs, as e cidades, incluindo seus povoados.

40 A sétima sorte saiu para a tribo de Dã, segundo seus clãs. 41 O território de sua herança incluía Zorá, Estaol, Ir-Semes, 42 Saalabim, Aijalom, e Itla.

40 The seventh casting of lots fell to the tribe of Dan, clan by clan. 41 The territory of its inheritance included Zorah, Eshtaol, Ir Shemesh, 42 Shaalabbin, Aijalon, and Ithlah.

43 Também incluía Elom, Timnate, Ecrom, 44 Elteque, Gibetom, Baalate, 45 Jeúde, Bene-Beraque, Gate-Rimom, 46 Me-Jarcom, e Racom com o território defronte de Jope.

43 It also included Elon, Timnah, Ekron, 44 Eltekeh, Gibbethon, Baalath, 45 Jehud, Bene Berak, Gath Rimmon, 46 Me Jarkon, and Rakkon along with the territory across from Joppa.

47 O território da tribo de Dã foi pequeno para eles; então, os descendentes de Dã atacaram Lesem, lutaram contra ela, e a conquistaram. 47 When the territory of the tribe of Dan was lost to them, Dan attacked Leshem, fought against it, capturing it and striking it with the sword; taking possession of it and settled in it. They renamed Leshem, calling it Dan after their ancestor. 48 This was the inheritance of the tribe of Dan, clan by clan—the cities, including their villages.

49 Quando terminaram de repartir suas terras como herança, o povo de Israel deu uma herança dentre eles para Josué, filho de Num. 50 Por ordem de Yahweh, eles lhe deram a cidade que ele pediu: Timnate-Sera, na região montanhosa de Efraim. Ele a reconstruiu e ali morou.

49 When they finished the allocation of the land as an inheritance, the people of Israel gave an inheritance among themselves to Joshua son of Nun. 50 By the command of Yahweh they gave him the city for which he asked, Timnath Serah in the hill country of Ephraim. He rebuilt the city and lived there.

51 Estas foram as heranças que Eleazar, o sacerdote, Josué, filho de Num, e os líderes tribais de famílias de seus antepassados dentro do povo de Israel, distribuíram, por sorteio, em Siló, diante de Yahweh, na entrada da Tenda do Encontro. Assim, eles terminaram de repartir a terra.

51 These are the inheritances that Eleazar the priest, Joshua son of Nun, and the leaders of the tribal clans of Israel assigned by lot at Shiloh, before Yahweh, at the entrance of the tent of meeting. So they finished assigning the land.
