1 Ora, estes são os reis da terra, aos quais os homens de Israel derrotaram. Os israelitas possuíram as terras ao lado oeste do Jordão, no lado que o sol nasce, desde o vale do rio Arnom até o monte Hermom, e toda a Arabá do leste: 2 Siom, rei dos amorreus que habitava em Hesbom, dominava desde Aroer, que está à borda do vale de Arnom, e desde o meio do vale, e metade de Gileade, até o ribeiro de Jaboque, na fronteira dos amonitas;

1 Now these are the kings of the land, whom the men of Israel conquered. The Israelites took possession of the land on the east side of the Jordan where the sun rises, from the Valley of the Arnon River to Mount Hermon, and all the Arabah to the east. 2 Sihon, king of the Amorites, lived in Heshbon. He ruled from Aroer, which is on the rim of the Arnon Gorge from the middle of the valley, and half of Gilead down to the Jabbok River on the border of the Ammonites.

3 Siom também governava a Arabá oriental, até o mar de Quinerete, e até o mar da Arabá (o mar Salgado), incluindo o caminho de Bete-Jesimote; e, ao sul, alcançava as encostas do monte Pisga. 4 Ogue, o rei de Basã, era remanescente dos refains, que habitava em Astarote e em Edrei. 5 Ele dominava o monte Hermom, Salca, e toda a Basã, até a fronteira dos povos gesureus e dos maacateus, e metade de Gileade, até a fronteira de Siom, rei de Hesbom.

3 Sihon also ruled over the Arabah to the Sea of Kinnereth, to the east, to the Sea of the Arabah (the Salt Sea) eastward, all the way to Beth Jeshimoth and southward, toward the foot of the slopes of Mount Pisgah. 4 Og, king of Bashan, one of the remnant of the Rephaim, lived in Ashtaroth and Edrei. 5 He ruled over Mount Hermon, Salekah, and all Bashan, to the border of the people of Geshur and the Maacathites, and half of Gilead, to the border of Sihon, king of Heshbon.

6 Moisés, servo de Yahweh, e o povo de Israel os derrotou; e Moisés, servo de Yahweh, distribuiu a terra como posse entre os rubenitas, os gaditas, e a meia-tribo de Manassés.

6 Moses the servant of Yahweh, and the people of Israel had defeated them, and Moses the servant of Yahweh, gave the land as a possession to the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh.

7 Estes são os reis da terra que Josué e o povo de Israel derrotaram, no lado oeste do Jordão, desde Baal-Gade, no vale perto do Líbano, até o monte Halaque perto de Edom. Josué deu a terra para as tribos de Israel para tomarem posse. 8 Deu-lhes a região montanhosa, a baixada, a Arabá, as encostas das montanhas, o deserto e o Neguebe: a terra dos heteus, amorreus, cananeus, perizeus, heveus e dos jebuseus.

7 These are the kings of the land whom Joshua and the people of Israel defeated on the west side of the Jordan, from Baal Gad in the valley near Lebanon to Mount Halak near Edom. Joshua gave land to the tribes of Israel for them to possess. 8 He gave them the hill country, the lowlands, the Arabah, the sides of the mountains, the wilderness, and the Negev—the land of the Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites.

9 Os reis derrotados foram os seguintes: o rei de Jericó, o rei de Ai, que está ao lado de Betel, 10 o rei de Jerusalém, o rei de Hebrom, 11 o rei de Jarmute, o rei de Laquis, 12 o rei de Eglom, o rei de Gezer,

9 The kings included the king of Jericho, the king of Ai which is beside Bethel, 10 the king of Jerusalem, the king of Hebron, 11 the king of Jarmuth, the king of Lachish, 12 the king of Eglon, the king of Gezer,

13 o rei de Debir, e o rei de Geder, 14 o rei de Hormá, o rei de Arade, 15 o rei de Libna, e o rei de Adulão, 16 o rei de Maqueda, o rei de Betel,

13 the king of Debir, the king of Geder, 14 the king of Hormah, the king of Arad, 15 the king of Libnah, the king of Adullam, 16 the king of Makkedah, the king of Bethel,

17 o rei de Tapua, o rei de Hefer, 18 o rei de Afeque, o rei de Lassarom, 19 o rei de Madom, o rei de Hazor, 20 o rei de Sinrom-Merom, o rei de Acsafe,

17 the king of Tappuah, the king of Hepher, 18 the king of Aphek, the king of Lasharon, 19 the king of Madon, the king of Hazor, 20 the king of Shimron Meron, the king of Akshaph,

21 o rei de Taanaque, o rei do Megido, 22 o rei de Quedes, o rei do Jocneão do Carmelo, 23 o rei de Dor, na colina de Dor, o rei de Goim, em Gilgal, 24 e o rei de Tirza. Ao todo, trinta e um reis.

21 the king of Taanach, the king of Megiddo, 22 the king of Kedesh, the king of Jokneam in Carmel, 23 the king of Dor in Naphoth Dor, the king of Goyim in Gilgal, 24 and the king of Tirzah. The number of kings was thirty-one in all.
